Life, Health & Money — by Auralith Group
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zenithra: Life, Health & Money (the "App"), provided by Auralith Group ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Zenithra is a personal productivity, health, and finance companion app that helps users track tasks, habits, fasting, weight, calories, mood, budgets, and related wellness and organisational activities.
Zenithra offers the following auto-renewing subscription ("Zenithra Pro"):

Prices are shown in GBP and may vary by region and are subject to change with notice as permitted by the applicable app store.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin automatically and payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account, not through Auralith Group directly.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You retain full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
All payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly through the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective refund policies. Auralith Group does not process refunds directly and has no visibility into or control over your payment method.

Zenithra's fasting, weight, calorie, and BMI features are provided for general self-tracking and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should consult a doctor before beginning any new diet, fasting, or exercise regimen, particularly if you have an existing health condition.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, and underlying code, is the property of Auralith Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase (data storage) and RevenueCat (subscription management), as well as the Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution and billing. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of these platforms where applicable.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger Zone within the App, or by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auralith Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
