Zenithra is operated by Auralith ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Zenithra app and website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Zenithra:

• Account information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Profile data: Name, biological sex, age, activity level (used only for calorie calculations)
• App usage data: Tasks, habits, fasting logs, mood logs, weight logs, calorie logs, life circle entries, gratitude entries, affirmations, calendar events, reminders, and money logs
• Health data: Weight, height, goal weight, calorie intake — used only to provide personalised insights within the app
• Payment data: Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the Zenithra app experience
• To calculate calorie targets, life scores, and progress insights
• To manage your subscription and account
• To send optional daily reminder notifications (only if you enable them)
• To back up your data so it's available across devices

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement row-level security so each user can only access their own data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use the following trusted services which may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Netlify — app hosting
• Apple / Google — subscription billing
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for the AI Secretary feature (text only, no personal data)
• USDA FoodData Central — food nutrition data lookup

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Children's Privacy

Zenithra is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies & Tracking

Zenithra uses essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

9. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we use your device token to send daily reminders and alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Zenithra.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
